Established in 1989 Stuart has been providing Divorce Family law, & Personal Injury legal services for the past 25 years with experience at all court levels. Stuart has also been an accredited Family Law Mediator since 1995. With offices in Yaletown & Surrey and trial and courtroom experience at all levels of Court, Stuart has helped thousands of clients over the past three decades attain their best possible legal results.

Stuart has given lectures to organizations and other lawyers on Family Law topics and has published articles through the Continuing Legal Education Society on a variety of Family Law topics.

Business Owner

Stuart was born in Montréal and moved to Vancouver in 1980. Stuart obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 1985 and his Law Degree from UBC in 1988. Stuart was called to the Bar in 1989 and was accredited by the Law Society of BC as a mediator in 1995. Stuart has three children and has been through his own divorce after 14 years of marriage, such that he has a good understanding and appreciation of what his clients are experiencing in a relationship breakdown and in issues involving children. He listens and makes sure he understand what is important to you before providing his advice as to the best aproach & strategy to resolving your issues in the most cost effective way.
