Fix Auto

Just recently I had an accident where I was parked in a lot and came out to see my car all scraped up and a piece missing from my plastic bumper. This left me angry and annoyed at how some jerk off could do this and drive away. So on this fender bender my insurance company referred me to my local fix auto. I’ve used their services once before as well.
They run a very class act professional body shop here. You arrive, are greater cordially and told an advisor would come and do an estimate. My advisor was very professional and well experienced in knowing to look at while taking photos and documenting the work needed. Then a second appointment was scheduled for me to bring my car to drop off. One the date of drop off they gave me an estimate of 3 – 4 business days. During the week I had an email from Fix Auto stating my car was in the final stages. Really impressed with this. On pickup I was told to wait for an advisor and he explained exactly what was done. Also my car was totally cleaned inside and out and detailed. Excellent service. Thank you very much. Super appreciative and I’d recommend this place to anyone needing a body shop that’s professional and won’t rip you off also using quality parts.
There’s lots of shady characters in the body shop business using cheap subpar Chinese parts. Beware. This place is not one of them. High quality work and satisfaction.
