I came here because I heard about the great price for eyelash extensions. I booked an appointment with Tanya. I was told that she prefers to create long, dramatic lashes — not what I was going for, so I told her in advance I wanted a natural look. This was not what I got(they were a bit too long and too dramatic for me). We discussed that when I come in for a refill she will use shorter lashes. However, after several refills, I realized the reason the price is so low because she misses many lashes. The last time I got a refill I called her to notify her of this, and she told me to come back the next day. After spending 20 minutes the following day adding more lashes, I could see that she still missed some. I went to another lash place to get a woman I have known for some time to look at them and tell me if the ones she missed were baby lashes that still needed to grow, etc., and she confirmed for me that she missed many lashes that should have been filled. So I am going to another lash place for a 3rd refill, and I will not be returning. If you charge less for a service, that doesn’t justify providing a lesser service. If you do want to provide a lesser service to justify the price, then you need to be transparent about this. My mother does permanent hair removal and her prices are less, but she does not spend less time, miss sections, etc. Tanya did not apologize, and was clearly pissed off at me that I came back to get more lashes. When I saw she STILL missed some, I was trying not to be confrontational and asked, «Were the ones you missed just too short?» and she said«Yeah…». I would much rather pay a little more, but get the complete look.
