Sobeys

Sobeys is the best! I always find the greatest produce, sale items, meats and other items. Now, I am eating healthier. So, to my liking, there is an organic section, non gmo and gluten free isle. There are so many wonderful cashiers and amazing customer service. My favorite team includes Lauren, Daniela, Victoria and Christina. Julia is great too. The tall guy in the deli section is terrific. Kaitlyn is no longer there, She was great too. As you can see though, there IS an amazing team. Pina, the manager, did a great job recruiting a great crew. I am sorry for those who I missed. Oh, the guy who always smiles… can’t remember your name, but Everyone for sure knows who you are. To all of you, thanks. Keep up the health food promotions with Jamie Oliver. Sobeys should be called EMPIRE FOODS Sounds perfect! Better than Sobeys and Safeway… my thought and I would like to talk to someone from head office… nothing bad

Fresh produce ²⁴⁄₇. Prices are reasonable as long as you stay away from the organic section. Daily deals Mon-​Fri 3−9pm. Store is tidy and clean. Friendly service.

Worst grocery ever. They lie about their stuff on sale. I bought a item which was on sale and by the time i was at the Cashier to pay, he said its not on sale they made a mistake. And i had no choice to purchase the item since i had 20 other people behind me in line up and there was only one cashier there. ITS A SHAME!

This sobeys locations is 24/​7, it has plenty of parking and is at a good location. It’s actually a bit far from me, I’m about 2 blocks south 2 blocks east of this location. however the nearest sobeys is pathetic (that’s on another review). and I think it’s worth it to come all the way here.
This place is big, bright, clean and organized. The staff is super friendly, they are always checking the shelves when there isn’t much customers.
I love walking in and seeing the flower boutique on my right every time, it smells so good and looks so pretty!
Try the freshly baked croissants in the bread section, I grab one or 2 every time I’m here, Never miss the opportunity for that! I also enjoy the freshly packed individual salads, there’s lots of flavors to choose from and I’d rather get these than make my own salad.
and don’t forget you can collect club sobeys points! which is a bonus for the overpriced groceries that I buy here.
