Landlord Web Solutions (LWS) a Canadian-​based, niche focused website design and online marketing company that caters exclusively to the rental industry. Co-​founded by Jason Leonard and David Koski in 2010, LWS has quickly become a leader and trusted supplier in the rental industry. Over the past number of years, LWS has built outstanding websites for many of the largest property management firms in Canada.

When he’s not bombing golf balls into the woods at the local golf course, David can be found putting his creative efforts into photoshop.

After spending 5 years as the primary web designer with a local company, David branched out to start his own Web Design business. Being a sole proprietor for 6 years, David gained valuable experience in all aspects of running a web design business from sales and marketing, to graphic design and website development.

As Project Manager, David is responsible for leading the team of designers and developers on project development, and also to ensure client expectations are being met. As Creative Director, David signs off on all creative work to maintain a quality of work that the industry expects from a leading design team.
