Business Owner
William Brunyansky likes to keep things simple and always strives to make the best of simple things. Born and raised in St. Catharines, the Chef-Owner of Panini Café in Thorold, Ontario combines skills honed in his own backyard with a wealth of international experience. He has worked in some of the worlds most highly acclaimed kitchens, including the AAA 5-Diamond Mobil 5-Star Ritz Carlton in Naples Florida, 2 & 3 Michelin Star Restaurants Le Gavroche with Michel Roux, Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons with Raymond Blanc, and Petrus with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey. At home he mastered his craft at The Prince of Wales Hotel, studying Master Chef Lee Parsons.
Chef William received the CAA-AAA 4-Diamond Award for cuisine just three months after assuming the leadership role in the kitchen at The Charles Inn in Niagara-on-the Lake. This is were he evolved and perfected his craft.
