2021 Nails & Spa

I haven’t been so unhappy with my eyebrows in a very long time. One of them is fine but the other one is way too thin. I have grown out my eyebrow hairs for so long and it’s so upsetting that they are ruined now. They tried to blame it on the way my eyebrows are but this is obviously not the first time I’ve ever gotten them waxed. I’m still so annoyed and this is why I’m posting. What really pisses me off is that I specifically told her I don’t like them too thin and I want them to match she just said ok ok. They don’t match and I hate how the thin one looks. I didn’t want her to make the other one thinner. I’m so annoyed that I’m gonna have to wait another month for them to grow out. She took out so much hair from the middle too. I’m so unhappy with my eyebrows. I wish I could give it no stars. But to be fair I haven’t had any other services done here.

I have been a customer of 2021 ever since John and his wife Emily took over the business. I used to go to wherever looked clean but now I only go to 2021. Super friendly people who take cleanliness and hygiene seriously, as I have seen where they put their instruments after they are done with each customer.
Everyone there Is super friendly and always making sure you leave with exactly what you wanted.
Plus, John’s mother does threading in the spa so it’s really convenient to get everything done at the same time.
