My first and only time here was for a waxing and pedicure back in December of last year (sorry for the late review). I usually wouldn’t go to a nail bar for a waxing but I was crunched for time so I made an exception. It was also pretty cheap so it worked out good. We did the waxing first and I was so insulted and embarassed that I just wanted to leave. She looked at me with a look of disgust and told me that I was really, really hairy (I was groomed very well for saying and I wouldn’t need waxing if there was no hair!) and then proceeded to tell her co-​workers in her language by shouting through the walls, I heard them laughing. I wanted to skip the pedicure but didn’t have time to go anywhere else. She seemed pretty gentle and it didn’t hurt too much at the time but I ended up with a giant bruise on my thigh the next day. The pedicure was the same price and quality as anywhere else so I didn’t feel the need to go back nor would I risk the embarrassment ever again.

I had a horrible experience at a nail salon the other night where the woman stopped halfway through, left my nails mangled and refused to help me. When I came here, they were super friendly even though it looked like they were about to close, didnt try to up-​sell me and did a great job on my nails!
i’ve been getting gel nails done for a long time and they definitely do a fabulous job here. Definitely recommend coming in. gel refills for only $ 25! Great deals and great quality.
Not to mention, their waxing is great. My eyebrows have never looked better than when I got them done here. Not to gush too much but this is certainly my go to salon and they deserve a much higher rating!

Very bad service. I went to there to got my waxing. Ly did my waxing. She made me got very buries and burned on my upper leg. And she said that I don’t care.

Friendly, fast, efficient service, and low prices! That’s a total WIN!
I have been to this place twice now and both times I’ve had a great experience. I’m always a little nervous when trying out a new Nail Salon because you never know what you’re gonna get in terms of service, and cleanliness. 99 Nails and Spa is pretty great, they provide good service, have flexible hours, and aren’t too heavy on the wallet.
The first time I got a mani/​pedi on my birthday — total $ 35
The second time I got a acrylic fill plus eyebrow waxing — total $ 25.
It was only $ 20 for the fill and French Airbrush white tips!!! (I hate places that charge you extra for the French tip/​and or Air brushing). Overall, it was a great deal!
Another thing I look for is the range of polishes places carry, this place has a very LARGE collection of OPI, and CND (mostly OPI). They even have those little nail swatches so you can put the swatch on your hand and see how it looks without trying 10 different colours on your own nails.
The waxing was quick, painless, and cheap! They did a great job on my eyebrows and didn’t make my skin turn too red.
They take walk-​ins, which is what I did the second time and are happy to stay open longer to fit you in. The staff is friendly and very efficient, they make your experience comfortable, and relaxing.
I can’t rave about the cleanliness (especially of the bathroom) and that’s the only reason this place doesn’t get a full five stars!
Their location is convenient for me, their prices are low, and they can fit me in whenever I need so I will certainly be going back!

I go here for my waxing and always see Lynn. She is GREAT! I had gone to another place for a brazilian and it hurt SO SO SO bad! Lynn is quick and gentle. Also, they have great prices. A brazilian is only $ 30. I would recommend Lynn for waxing. I’ve never used their nail services, but will be going next time I need a pedi as well.
