Business Owner

Michelle’s adventure with wine goes way back; in fact, one of her earliest memories is of a glass of pink champagne. The colour and sparkling bubbles captivated her imagination.

Michelle launched Adventure in Wine, a wine events company, in the spring of 2013. In March 2015 AIW became an Approved Program Provider for the Wine and Spirit Education Trust certificate programs and Michelle has since launched a school to compliment her wine events. Through AIW, Michelle also runs tutored tastings in wine and beer. She runs her own events and also works with private clients and corporations.

Michelle is a Certified Sommelier; a graduate of the Wine and Spirit Education Trust Diploma Program as well as a Certified WSET Educator. She is also an instructor for the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers Sommelier Program.
