Agouti is a baked goods & pastry catering company based on simple, natural ingredients. Born and bred in Toronto, Agouti offers perfected pastries baked from scratch.

History

Established in 2014.

Agouti was started by Annie & Angela. After working together in the hospitality business, the two decided they wanted to take things into their own hands and start a company of their own that would provide it’s customers with more nutritious and healthier gluten free and vegan recipes!

Originally from Ottawa, Annie has a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality from University of Guelph. Annie’s experience at Kraft Foods and South Pond Farms has established her knack for wedding planning and event coordination.

Angela has diplomas in Baking and Pastry Arts Management from George Brown College, Angela has perfected her craft, lending well to the intricate wedding cakes Agouti is known for. Her attention to detail and love for creating unique recipes allowed Angela to thrive as Head Pastry at Blowfish and Soho House.
