Alarm Force

What an awful experience. I’ve been with this company for over two years. Nothing but problems. Door alarms never worked properly, they would get called out for nothing and charge me an $ 75 bucks for them to come out. Bad customer service. The kicker is when I tried to cancel (after my contract was clearly over) they tried to charge me an extra $ 700 for their equipment! I’ve been waiting for a pre paid box from ups they told me they were sending. I’m not keeping the equipment I don’t want it, it’s not like I will sell it on the black market. I want it gone. And I even emailed to confirm my cancellation and they INSISTED they never received it. So now four months later they’re going to charge me till the end of June and the equipment fees until they get it back. Something they were «taking care of» and the customer service on the phone is absolutely horrendous. Can’t believe these guys are in business. So glad I’m done with them and I’m going with Vivint. You can watch your house on your iPhone! How cool is that? Sorry «alarm force» the force is not with you.
