A convenient location and great if you need to pick up something quickly during a lunch break. I’ve been in here a couple of times this week. The first time to pick up a pair of cheap flip flops. My goodness… the selection was far more than I had bargained for, which actually made picking a pair harder than I thought! On my way out I noticed cardigans but I was in a hurry so I came back again today.
Again, the selection was fantastic and they were buy one get one 50% off. You really can’t go wrong with that!
I do have to say though, the service is horrifically poor. Not once did anyone ask if they could assist me nor could anyone be found when I needed a different size. It was a good thing I was with a coworker so we could fetch various items for each other.
All that to say, I was quite happy with my purchases and I will definitely be back. I was pleasantly surprised.

Ardene has taken over the space where the old dollar store in Empress Walk used to be, it has also went through many other stores but the most recent being «Your Dollar Store With More»
It is in a high traffic area leading to the entrance to the subway and Loblaws.
Adene sells fashion accessories, footwear and they do piercings but I don’t believe this location does them?
I remember when they only sold accessories now they are moving into more profit with clothing and footwear.
