I love to eat which means I had to learn how to cook. Cooking has always been a passion of mine for 25 plus years. Growing up I was always surrounded by delicious meals. The smell of garlic and onions frying in the pan would tantalize my senses and set me running to the kitchen to see what mom was cooking. This aroma is what I try to replicate in my establishment. To give my customers a taste of Italy in Toronto.
