Business Owner

Kevin’s practice focuses on securities law, corporate finance and corporate governance. Kevin has served as general counsel to registered advisers, dealers and investment fund managers, as well as several publicly traded and privately owned companies, board of directors and independent review committees. Kevin has also served as an executive officer of several public and private entities, including Sentry Investments, Strategic Energy Management corp., C.A. Bancorp Inc., Charter Real Estate Investment Trust and NCE Diversified Management Corp. Kevin graduated from the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Law in 1994 and practiced law in Vancouver until 2002. After obtaining his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business in 2004, Kevin practiced in the securities and investment fund groups at Torys LLP. From 2006 to 2009, Kevin was General Counsel and VP Operations at Sentry Investments. Kevin founded AUM Law Professional Corporation in 2009.
