Whether you are recovering from injury, want relief from muscle tension, suffer from chronic pain or are looking to reduce stress, your experience while in my care is my priority.

A vital part of my practice philosophy involves creating a safe space where clients are comfortable asking questions and feel empowered to make informed decisions about their massage therapy. This is achieved by encouraging a partnership throughout the assessment and treatment process and recommending a plan and home care that are specific to my client’s needs at that time.

In addition to working with adults, older adults, and youth, I enjoy treating clients who are pregnant and in their postpartum stages.

I am trained in treating clients receiving palliative care.

With a background and over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, and myself being a mother, I’m thrilled to have clients who are children in my practice.
