I purchased ice-cream this afternoon from server Uzair at the 275 Dundas location and I was given the incorrect change, when I asked for it to be corrected he responded in a raised voice and called me a liar. The money was given to me by my boss to treat the department so I know exactly how much money I had and the bill denomination, he eventually corrected his mistake but not before calling me a liar twice more. Not very happy with the customer service I received.

Out of all the Ice Cream stops in Toronto, Baskin Robbins in my absolute favourite. Their flavours have recently changed but they have something for everyone! My favorite’s are Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Jamolca Almond Fudge. Even though it can be almost 5 dollars for two scoops, it is definitely worth it as their ice cream is always at its best. Their milkshakes are to die for and I defeinitely recommend them. You can get just one flavour or have it mixed with two different flavours in a milkshake. I always get the Chocolate Chip cookie dough milkshake and down it as fast as I can. Over the years I have found that their cake prices just are too expensive. I love ice cream cake and would love to have Baskin Robbins cake for every birthday however paying $ 50+ for a ice cream in the shape of a circle or square just doesn’t seem to cut it for me. DQ has cheaper cakes at a bigger size and although it is different ice cream the price is a lot reasonable. I don’t think Baskin Robbins sells many cakes as their display always seems very lacking and their icing job isn’t that great. Overall Baskin Robbins is simply amazing. I wish I had bins of ice cream as big as theirs in my own freezer. Once their cake pricing decreases I will gladly purchase their cakes for birthdays or other occasions!

Honestly, I. love. Baskin Robbins. The only ice cream I ever eat now is Baskin Robbins’ Cookies and Cream! It’s the only place I ever go to if I’m craving ice cream. However, I experienced the worst service at this location which is around St. Patrick’s station downtown. The employee there was so rude. So, my friend and I came into the store first. No greeting. I mean, whatever, nothing too big to complain about. We were browsing the flavours when two other girls came into the store. The employee then talked to them and they seemed to be friends. After two minutes, we were ready to order and the employee was still talking to the two girls for around 5 – 10 minutes. She also served them first!(Ha!) It wasn’t until her friend stopped(annoyed) and pointed at us, whispering, apparently signalling for her friend(the employee) to go and serve us. The employee also looked annoyed that she had to stop her conversation ‘cus we wanted to order something… so anyway, we asked her if she had the Cookies & Cream flavour and she just replied, «No.» That’s it! and then she went back to her friends. She didn’t even say, «Sorry» «Do you want anything else» and she didn’t even ask my friend who was actually ready to order her Pistachio ice cream. She just said one word and went back to talk to her friends. It was like we weren’t even there! I find it so rude to be treated as if you don’t even exist. It’s so much worse than being given attitude… at least the person acknowledges your presence. I will NEVER go to this location again. I love Baskin Robbins but I’d rather just walk to the Eaton Centre location than go to this place again! I hope no one ever has to experience being ignored like that.

The typical chain ice cream shop with too many flavors to keep track of. Every so often, if I see one and feel like it, I stop in and grab and ice cream. The only problem is us that it is become rather expensive at almost $ 6.00 for two scopes in a cone. That is too much for a generic two scope cone. The excessive price for the product will cause this chain to suffer a slow death. For myself, once in awhile, I do not mind spending the money. I would not bring my kids with their friends here, etc as it’s too expensive for what it is.

This place is rarely busy, so if you want a quick sugar fix then this is where you should go. The workers are friendly and obliging, and they always have the prepacks that I want when I’m feeling particularly gluttonous. Their late hours are a major bonus.

The staff person was on the phone, I tried to let her«see» me but she still didn’t rush off the phone to serve me. The order was simple, chocolate and peanut butter — single scoop in a cup. I think the ice cream might be freezer burned. The cost $ 3.85, a bit more than other BR’s that I have been too for the same item.

What is there to say about Baskin Robbins? They have more flavours of ice cream than I have underwear. You can get soft serve, sundaes, and cakes up the yin yang at this location. Then even have the odd sugar free flavours for lame-Os like me. They’re open surprisingly late and on weekends too. They staff here is pretty nice about free samples. Just don’t try to stick your face behind the freezer. I learned that the hard way. Obligatory Title Pun: Come BASKIN the ice cream. Menu Readability: Funtastic! Need to mention: The best ice cream per dollar value is the handpacked tub. What this place teaches me about myself: Maybe it’s time to go underwear shopping.
