History

Established in 2007.

The Bay Window B&B & Bicycles has numerous return guests. Inese, the owner takes great pleasure in introducing newcomers to her Toronto island community. The café and restaurant on Ward’s Island are islander owned and operated and offer cultural and musical events to their patrons. The tennis courts are available to guests mid-week. The fanciful gardens in the village are worth a wandering look. The Bay Window offers bicycles free for guests to explore Centre Island, with its theme park for children, and Hanlan’s Point — notorious for its clothing optional beach. Enjoying the outdoors is key and the B&B has been set up to do just that.

The island are visited by roller bladders, bird watchers and families enjoying a picnic. The return of mink and coyotes to the island makes for surprise viewings of wildlife.
