Baycor Construction Ltd. provides general contracting, construction and project management services, specializing in the construction of new, and the renovation of existing commercial office space. Our projects range from complete tenant fit-​outs to landlord work including washroom upgrades and elevator lobby and corridors. It is this range of projects that has given us the ability to work in most of the downtown buildings as well as buildings surrounding the downtown core and GTA.

As the founder of Baycor in 1996, Bill has built his team on a vision of excellence that has since grown and evolved into one of the GTA’s première construction management firms. Prior to 1996, his almost 15 years of experience in commercial interiors has firmly established his business credentials industry-​wide. Bill’s hands-​on approach to business development, client relations and corporate policy ensures that Baycor’s commitment of providing our clients with the best construction services available is our first priority.
