The place is this hybrid between a very good dollar store and a regular overpriced organizational store. There’s some things in here that are awesome, costs $ 1 – 3 and really comparable to what you’d get at your local dollar store(I saw bamboo clothing clips for $ 2.50, they sell these at the DS for $ 1). And there are other things like Umbra products and XOX kitchen gadgets where it’s the cheapest I’ve seen(Umbra Jewelery tree $ 20, Umbra Ring Holders $ 7(usually $ 9 – 11), XOX refills($ 6 for two), Velvet Skinny Hangers $ 5 for 15). And there are other things like stackable bins and storage containers ranging anywhere from $ 11 — 25. Makes me wonder if I can get them elsewhere for cheaper. Be sure to check the back for all their clearance items. Found some mugs for $ 3. Every time I’m in here, it feels like Christmas, and at the same time guilty I have to hide purchases from the hubby. I do love everything in this store, and it’s really hard to show willpower in here.

I totally love this place. We stopped in here randomly today, and this place is a treasure trove of well… treasures. Ever wonder what to do when you buy an avocado, and just have half? they don’t keep long ~ what about an avocado holder? And where can you find one? Binz! i know, right? New discovery. The pricing is good too and full of things you didn’t even know you needed. Definitely a cool place to visit.

This place is amazing. There’s definitely something for everyone. House, kitchen, bathroom, random stuff. Wow. My sister almost bought the entire family christmas gifts here. Coming from the US full of The Container Store and Bed Bath and Beyond, this place is like cheap awesome heaven.

Things that rule in general: * Lock & Lock containers * Other containers * Variations of a closet shoe rack * Lil(yes, «lil») scoops for $ 1 * Pluralizing nouns with a «z» instead of an «s» Lock & Lock Containers These über reliable containers make Tupperware® look like a sandwich bag. As an added bonus, they are CONSTANTLY on sale at BINZ. Constantly. Other containers This place is filled to the brim with all sorts of bins and containers to help you organize your home. For a good price too! Variations of a closet shoe rack I own many shoes. This place helps me organize my disturbing fetish. Lil(yes, «lil») scoops for $ 1 Sadly, not the Milka Lil Scoops chocolate eggs from Germany. What will I use these scoops for? Anything: from cat food to sugar to slurping my soup up, I’m there! Just, ya know, use a different scoop for different tasks… that’s just common sense. Also, I was kidding about the soup. Don’t be silly. Pluralizing nouns with a «z» instead of an «s» Don’t overdo this or you’ll come off as some illiterate douche but for this store, it’s acceptable.

Attention Lock & Lock storage container fans: you’ve arrived at your Mecca. I don’t know how Lock & Lock containers are *always* on sale whenever I go to Binz, but they are — I don’t ask questions, I just shut up and pile them up at on the checkout counter. It actually makes me sad that I work from home now because I have less of a need for portable lunch containers, yet there is still lots of stuff that I like at Binz. Basically any container that you’re looking for can be found at Binz: pill sorters, divided containers for things like sauces and snacks, multi-level bento boxes, dogfood dishes, whatever. It’s here. This is Toronto’s answer to «The Container Store». They also have really nice massive storage bins and tubs for big spring cleaning projects, plus cool shower curtains, garbage cans and even magazine racks.

Binz Binz Binz! I have decided that when I move, I’m signing my life away to Binz! This store rocks my world. This store has everything from bins, laundry hampers, to dog/cat bowls, and vegetable peelers. I found a toothbrush cleaner which just looked cool. But for a hefty $ 50, I’ll just replace my toothbrush every 3 months, thank you very much! There were some really neat items, such as electric cord cleaner-upper. They are stackable discs that you wrap electrically cords around. If you have a computer and all the gadgets that come along with one, then most likely you could use such a device. They had some other really neat inventions such as an invisible towel holder. And an invisible book holder. I can’t even do justice in my explanation. Just check out this store.
