Blinds To Go

We knew we wanted Linen Roman shades with blackout and so we were in and out of the store in 15 minutes. Yoko was excellent. She knows the products very well and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting. They arrived only two days later and look great.
They will be installed after our painter is finished. We are very satisfied. It helps to study the
website before going to the store.

I was in search for 3 small custom blinds for a room. It was a pretty small job, that an independent wouldn’t take on. The windows are a peculiar size, so nothing at a home depot or anything would work. I will say that I had to seek out a sales person to help me. Once they did, it was a reasonable experience. I found it to be expensive, even with a discount, and it is really cheap material and probably not worth it, but it was the best option I could find. They were quick though. I ordered on a Thursday, called in on Friday to confirm the measurements. They were ready by Sunday for pick up. Not bad for a chain.

Service exceeded my expectations. Sales staff provided professional service helping me select the type and colour for my vertical blinds. After measurement, blinds were ready within 48 hrs.
Installation was completed within 30 minutes by Konrad .

Great selection… Great Service… and very very quick custom orders… and for the first time. in the last 15 years I’ve had to use their Life Time Warrantee…/ my blind was «dragging» a little… i took it in on the tuesday it was back for me to pick up on the thursday…
you can’t get better service anywhere.

I’m surprised at the great reviews for this company. For basically the same price as this take out and install yourself store, you can shop at home and get higher quality. I have used Blinds To Go and everything is made of plastic and wont last. You put plastic it the sun and you are basically domed. Everything is an upgrade that many independent companies automatically include. Like plastic chains vs metal chains. If you are doing one blind in a hurry, then this place is ok, if you have a big job and want to shop at home for high quality for basically the same price. Call around.

Service service service… That is what I have to say about Blinds to go. I thought the process would be long and drawn out based on waiting and watching my parents order blinds when I was younger. They were so fast that we went on a Saturday and by Monday the guy came to measure and Friday they were installed (I could have had them installed Wednesday if I was available). They look great, the quality was fantastic and they even called to follow up and make sure we were happy and everything was ok. Definitely use them again.

Megan was super efficient, whizzing through the computer menus to input my order. I received an email a day an a half later, picked them up and installed them in no time flat. A great buying experience. Oh and super convenient parking in an area that has very little!

Lots of selection in various price ranges. Staff know their stuff. Ordered the blinds on a Monday. They were ready on Wednesday. Thursday the store’s installer brought them over and installed all three in about a half hour. All shopping should be this simple.

I picked up blinds for my apartment here last spring. They are holding up excellent.
When choosing the blinds, I had excellent customer service. I was really impressed! Employees were patient and exactly when to step in and offer suggestions, look at price points and be generally helpful.
Installation was quick and easy. Blinds are made in Canada (Montréal, if I recall correctly).

I’ve bought blinds here on two separate occasions. Both times the customer service was excellent. I was able to find what I was looking for with the help of one of their associates and get quoted on a price for the dimensions I needed.
For my front window, I wanted something that could be let down from the top as well as pulled up from the bottom, so I can still maintain privacy but have some airflow through the room or pull them up so my cats can look out during the day. I ended up with an accordion style blind and was able to select the fabric and colour I liked.
Make sure you bring your dimensions with you when you go to buy so they can give you an accurate quote.
Parking is tight but at least it’s free. You won’t find that anywhere else downtown and I prefer this location to the one up Dufferin.

You never give any thought to blinds.
They just are. They’re uncommodities. Like pencils or bibles or bobbypins.
They magically appear and that’s that.
So you never think about buying them. But then that one day comes when you need to get blinds and you have no idea where to go.
I’m not going to lie. The only reason we ended up here is because the word «blinds» was in the title and we felt that it was a safe bet.
Walking in, I was making snide comments on how this was going to be hell and about how I had absolutely no interest in completing this task. My mind wandered to daydreams about bubble paper and bikini pillow fights.
We were greeted with a friendly smile right as we walked in the door. It’s amazing how much that makes you feel like you belong in a foreign environment.
Laurna was outstanding at finding out exactly what we were looking for, she walked us through the seemingly-​complicated options in a smart and directed manner. As silly as this sounds, she made us actually feel empowered to make the right decisions.
We ordered custom blinds and they were ready to be installed in two days. Just as promised.
It was way less expensive than we had ever imagined, and it actually was rather fun.
One of the most surprisingly positive shopping experiences I have ever had. Strongly recommended.
