I’ve been here a few times but last time I went into just had it with the manager and customer service. I made an appointment before hand for 2 ppl. Once there they made us wait 20 minutes then said okay they l take one in and the next 5 mins later. Ofcourse because there were 2 of us we wanted to get it done same time and chit chat. Anyways an hour goes by my friend is done and I’m still waiting. Are. you kidding me? And when I asked them through out he was rude and unpalogetic

They have awful service, if they say they want you to wait 30 minutes it usually means one hour. Don’t even bother waiting. Only the guy Tom is good, Jenny is by far the worst.

I have known the owners since I was in high school. This is their second location and it is much closer to where I live than the other. It is usually VERY busy in here so I normally CALL before I go to see if they are busy. It is first come first serve unless you have an appointment. A lot of people come in here and don’t realize that when the salon is full, it will take longer than 30 minutes for you to get your turn even if someone tells you you only have to wait whatever minutes. I come here for shellac nails and a pedicure every 3 – 4 weeks. I usually go to Cindy because she is AMAZING. She has become very popular due to her work and sometimes there is a line up to see her. Overall, I love how my nails turn out every single time. If there is an issue with it when I leave, I have never had a problem going back and asking them to fix it. Just a personal opinion: I don’t think that people understand that the employees have no control over the time they spend with their customers. Sometimes there are very picky ladies that come in and change their polishes like a dozen times or they pick on the smallest things and demand to see the owner or sometimes someone will come in and makes a huge fuss and demands to be served right away when they don’t have an appointment and the owners have to deal with that which means they have to leave their customer and deal with the situation. Also, from what I have noticed, usually the people who are super rude get the bad experiences.

I’ve been here about 3 times total. The first time I got acrylic nails, at first I loved them, they looked amazing And were very strong. A week later air was getting in between my natural nail and the acrylic nail which made it very easy to peel off. The second time I went I got them again and the same thing happened. The third time I went all I got was a pedicure. I actually really liked their pedicures. The girl who did mine took her time, gave a great leg massage and actually spoke English and didn’t speak to her other coworkers. The polish lasted a while and if you tell them that you are a student they will do a design for free which I thought was a nice touch. Overall I would not go back got acrylics but I would go back for a pedicure! The prices are pretty well priced*

Awful salon. I took my mother for her first Shellac manicure. We asked how long the wait was and the man who greeted us(maybe the owner?) said 5 minutes. 30 minutes later, they seated us. They shuffled us mid-manicure between several estheticians. My manicure is awful — it has bubbled up. For the $ 30 fee I was charged, I feel like returning to have it fixed, but I never want to go there again.
