Been here once and it was pretty good! We love how well they were able to translate what we wanted into the actual haircut for our pup! They are extremely friendly and we would have definitely returned if it wasn’t so out of the way from where we live. Definitely great place to get your dog groomed! :) my only con is the location, it can be quite tricky to get into the parking lot just because of the location of the parking entrance to the traffic light but the service is great.

amazing place. i booked on Sunday thinking they wont be able to take me in. but they were able to squeeze two cat haircut appointments. they did good job considering that my cats are nightmare to deal with. i would highly recommend them. very professional and not very expensive. they also speak French!

I’m not a dog person, but BooBoo helps me love my little rodents more. The dogs come out clean and fresh after taking them in for a haircut.
Best of all, they don’t come out drugged like in other pet salons. Thanks for the services.

They do great cuts and are very helpful if u are late after work but the rates are too much. My maltese are 160 plus tip and thats a lot but i know they have high rent to pay so i understand t a point.

My experience was marvellous!
I called and they said they could take my dog in within 20 mins of my call.
They were fast and were accurate in how long it would take to groom my pet and they actually listened to how I wanted my pet to look.
They did a great job of keeping my little white Maltese fluffy, cute and feminine. Sustaining her ears and tail and keeping her super white!
Not only are they a great price but they also provided my dog with a report card and a little bow on the way out!
I definitely will be bringing my pet back here because this was the best experience yet!

Friendly, communicative staff, able to take my older dogs for a wash and nail trim day of. Drop off, dogs ready two hours later — nice and clean and in good moods. Would definitely use again!

Andre and his team did a great job. My small Yorkie gets a little nervous when being groomed but he was kind and gentle with her. I’ll certainly be using them again! :)

Was happy to get an appointment very quickly. My little Yorkie, who is not easy to handle at times was done quite quickly. The proprietor was friendly and quite knowledgable about dogs.

I’m receiving criticism for writing my review, Andre has even gone so far as calling me a liar as he doesn’t have a dog named Savannah on record. They didn’t even know savannah was a girl so how would I expect them to know her name. It’s just one opinion you are free to discard it, that’s the beauty of living in a free democratic society. I appreciate all reviews and form my opinion after reading all reviews. You can’t expect everyone to have a good experience.
Please rather than name calling write your own review and let that speak for itself.

I am sorry you feel this way about our services. It is a shame that you waited one and half years to write about your experience. And on the same review favoring the competition, … I am sure if you explained your feelings earlier we would have satisfied you. I would like to explain the service we provided to our dog because I did save the notes in our database. Your dog arrived with mats all over the body and I noted that she was shaved because I was afraid, the pain it would cause to do it any other way. I have a lot of love for the animals I groom and I am appalled at your statement. We have well over 2,000 satisfied clients and I know your dog was treated with lots of care. Please continue to brush your dog regularly so when it is time to be groomed you dog is not faced with the pain of removing them.

This is completely untrue Savannah has never had mats she is groomed on a regular basis every few months. I was invited just this past week to write a review on the service I rec’d from Boo Boo’s. so i did. I simply wrote what my experience was.
Defamation of character is indeed illegal, sharing an experience is not.
Your response and character is indeed a reflection.
Had your response been apologetic I would have considered a second chance. This only proves to me your lack of integrity and honesty.
Even more unsatisfied than ever

Started coming here a couple of months ago. Today was my dog’s second visit. I called and they took me in right away because of a cancellation which was great. They did a really good job on my bichon. We did full service grooming and they did exactly what I wanted. The place looks nice and clean compared to other groomers that I’ve been to in the etobicoke area. They also do a better job with the cut. Customer service is excellent and the price is very competitive with other groomers in the area. They really love dogs and it shows. I will definitely continue bringing my dog here.

Great groomers who really know about dogs. My 1 year old Maltese loved the place on first glacé. He didn’t even notice when I left! The place was tidy, the price competitive, and they realize that grooming should come in a package (no add on costs for every little thing)! They were also able to fit me in the week I called; unlike those big box stores.
Andre and Sylvain personally took care of him until I was ready to pick him up. I left with a dog wearing a cute little bandanna who smelt amazing for the next week. I will definitely bring him back!

These guys have so far been the best groomers I’ve used. I have a 2 yr old Shih Tzu who is a little monster about being shaved, trimmed, brushed. she hates it all! But these guys were great at handling her, and though she got a couple small gashes from the shaver, it’s less than I would have done! She squirms and is stronger than she looks! Kudos to the guys at BooBoo for managing to make her stay still… ish…
I also brought them my HUGE 8 month old Carne Corso for a bath.haha.poor guys. I should have paid them double. They looked more like THEY had a bath! They’re very fairly priced and offer a discount for new customers.

I took my Westie here and it’s the first time I have been happy with what he looked like after IE. I had to live with it. And when I came to pick Mac up he had a big smile on his face that counts for a lot!
