They have lots of moving supplies but using them as movers, I have mixed feelings. The interactions I had with the main contact person were disorganized. I had given my credit card info for first hour of deposit and the very next day upon confirming details, I was asked for my info again to confirm moving date. After agreeing on 2 movers, and confirming this the day before, three movers actually showed up on the morning of the move. Upon asking the main contact about this, I had no response from him all day. At the end of the day, I had requested a receipt to be emailed to me. He didn’t until I asked him about it 2 days later. He responded within minutes with just the scan of the receipt. I replied and asked him again about whether I was in fact charged for 3 people, and no response. Disappointing as the movers we had were good but the contact person is disorganized and somehow snuck in a third person, and charged me for it, when that wasn’t agreed upon in our emails.
A friend who had also used them recommends to get quotes and everything in writing.

The only reason I am giving ONE STAR is to the fact that they have a good amount of moving supplies. As a Mover, I will only say 4 words … «DO NOT USE THEM».

Bouncing from apartment to apartment in Toronto has allowed me to accumulate a number of mismatched and unstable boxes. You would have found me lingering around the free box bonanza at the No Frills check out week after week. I’ve also managed to move around with tiny LCBO beer boxes with my valuables lovingly shoved into them. Then someone once mentioned «bed bugs» and «fleas» and I became weary of picking up these random boxes off from the street.
Now as a I consider adulthood, my partner and I considered more grown-​up ways of packing our things as we hit the road and move again. Why not spend some hard earned cash and buy a bundle of twenty 2 Cubic Ft. boxes for $ 40? Bigger than a tiny LCBO box!
If you can, it’s worth getting decent boxes for moving. It makes the process of packing and moving neat, organized and stackable. PACKING IS FUN!!!

Today I began the process of moving to Edmonton. From the time I ordered the boxes to the movers, it was done very well and professionally.
The guys came about 30 minutes earlier than expected. I had previously packed some items and needed more boxes. The guys brought some more boxes as I needed them. Then to top it off they actually helped back the remainder of the items. There wasn’t much left. Even they actually informed the office to put the elevator on service at the get go.
Finally I had asked them to help me move the remainder of the boxes to the post office where I would be shipping some of my items to Edmonton. For a very difficult day emotional, their stress free move was amazing. Only thing was I wish it wasn’t so much. LOL
