Established in 2012.

Like most good things in life they start as a spur of the moment kind of idea and then with proper planning, hard work and commitment good things become great and this is exactly how our story started.

As young global professionals a lot of our friends and acquaintances in our social network are young professionals who are transient. Moving between countries and continents sometimes following career opportunities and in other instances to be closer to family members. Coupled with our background in real estate renovation and real estate investing, we found ourselves entrusted by our friends to rent and manage their properties. We can humbly say that we have proven to be up to the challenge and continue to strive and deliver quality services that are priced right. Our business took another major leap of good fortune which significantly accelerated growth, when we connected with a group of international investors who leveraged our services to manage and rent their Toronto investments.
