Central Community Care Access Centre

My mother has been a patient and client of the Community Care Access Centre for several years and I am very Thankful to God that they exist.
They do an Excellent Job of Taking Care of their Elderly and Senior Patients, including the Disabled and I am Very Proud Of All Of Their Work that they have done and provided to my dear 83 year old mother, Mrs. Helene S.
I have personally observed their health care and/​or homemaker providers and they are All Excellent People who really Care about their work and especially about the patients of whom they provide the Care too!
We have had several health care professionals, including nurses who have taken care of my mother and unfortunately, I can Not remember their names, but I want to personally provide a Commendation and Reference to All of them to Let Them Know that their Work Has Been More Than Appreciated and Remembered and God Bless Each And Every One Of Them!
Lastly, I want to especially Thank Ms. Cathy D., Senior Manager, Client Services who has made a Tremendous Effort on her part to ensure that my mother gets the Best Possible Treatment and Care that she Deserves at her ripe age of 83 years old.
I Can Not Thank You All Enough For Your Hard Work and Care That You Have Provided To My Mother Over The Last Few Years and I Honestly Can Not Imagine what we would Do if You did Not Exist!
