So after six months, the honeymoon — nay, the very marriage! — is over. Clean Rite Coin Laundry has gone to hell in a laundry basket! They have problems with their hot water that haven’t been fixed in two months. Some of the washers smell. moldy, and even though we use the«good» ones we’ve noticed that, likely due to their water issues, our clothes are coming out noticeably less clean/fresh than we were accustomed to during the winter, spring, and early summer. Periodic out of service dryers have morphed into perpetually out of service dryers, washers, coin machines… half this place doesn’t even work any more! Seriously, pay for a technician! They’ve replaced half their Wascomat dryers with a bay of Maytag machines that, while they’re technically«in service», can’t seem to dry anything no matter how many quarters you pump into them. On the«hot» setting our stuff feels lukewarm and wet after 20 minutes… that just ain’t right. Finally, the woman who supervises the place most frequently is incredibly loud, casually rude, and treats it as her own social club — whether patrons want to socialize with her or not. She is bad for business. If she’s an owner, she needs to hire someone for the day to day supervision; if she’s not, the owner needs to find someone else. This Coin’s lost its lustre and we’re forced to find ourselves a better, more reliable laundromat. C’est la vie!
