I would totally recommend delivering with midwives and with CMT midwives in particular. Two months ago I gave birth to my son with them at St. Mike’s. This was a great experience. I had a natural birth and this helped me heal much faster. If it wasn’t for midwives, I’d have asked for an epidural midway through my labor. Mary, Bianca, and Tarah did a great job. Brigid assisted as well. At St. Mike’s I had a spacious delivery room with jacuzzi and a great view of Toronto. Thank you, guys, for your help and encouragement! Prenatal and postnatal support was fabulous. Almost always my appointments were on time. Being a first time mom, I worried about many things and gave quite a few early morning and weekend calls to Mary and Fariba. All, including the student, Tarah, were very knowledgeable. They provided awesome support and on one occasion came to visit me earlier than scheduled to make sure all was fine. I would not have received this level of support anywhere else. Absolutely outstanding care!
