This place is awesome– Friendly staff that allows you to try on the condoms before buying… Amazing toys like Elmo– Lego and Ball Gags. they also have amazing scented oils with a few unconventional favours like smoked fish, curried goat and lavender. I also love the return policy — IF you get home and the condom doesn’t fit they will gladly accept them used, and ensure you are fitted properly! Thanks Condom shack!

Absolutely stellar customer service there.
Their inventory includes cheap junk that breaks easily or is even defective right out of the box. And instead of replacing defective products they try to get you to buy something else. Absolutely ridiculous.

Welcoming staff, and a decent selection of condoms and sex toys. Don’t come here for the prices, mind you; condoms can be found elsewhere for significantly less money.

Condom Shack is a fantastic Toronto staple. When I was a curious teenager, I used to wander into the shop and talk to the incredibly friendly staff. They always did a great job of making you feel comfortable while providing great information in a non-​confrontational way. Years later, whenever I’m in Toronto I like to stop by and visit. The staff is still exceptional, and the manager Pam is one of my favourite people in the city. Though they may not carry the prestiege of the fancier sex stores in town, they are incredibly informed and provide all the basics and beginner items you could want. It’s not just a novelty shop! Make sure you stop by when you visit!

Amazing place, and you never get those awkward and weird looks from the workers. This store has mostly everything you ever need or didn’t even know you wanted. I’m a regular customers for their toys that are operated by batteries. They are very cute and usually last for a year. Throughout the year, I’ve also purchased handcuffs and cute dice for all very good deals. This store is great for everyone especially in the LGBTQ community.
Taking the public transit here is very easy. Get off at Osgoode Station and walk for a few minutes.

What a fun little shop! A friend and I were walking around and decided to take a look in Condom Shack. I mean, a store with a smiling prophylactic on its storefront? What did I have to lose?
This place has a lot of fun toys, gag gifts, and the staff is fun, yet professional. I saw a cute X-​rated bunny rabbit salt and pepper shaker and set that I just had to have… so I bought! :-)
When my travels take me to Toronto again, I will be back!

Staff here are awesome! Usually young women. They are super knowledgeable about the products, willing to joke with you, and patient with all the giggly teens that walk in.
It’s a small store so I basically only pop in if I’m in the area. They have a small but well-​chosen selection. Prices are fair but not cheap. I do recommend their pocket pussies (only $ 9) and mini vibrators (only $ 13) — both come in funky colours and are awesome for gifting.
The only drawback — they are on Queen W. You get a lot of gigglers, tourists, teens, people who are not serious about buying sex stuff, etc. I get annoyed just being in here for ten minutes, I can’t even imagine how the staff must feel after a shift.

1^st place I bought condoms. They were pricey but I felt more comfortable going there rather than a drugstore with all the people looking at you and the little giggles.

) went here to buy dildos for his lady friends for Christmas gifts. He bought 5 of them. But idiot forgot to label each box after wrapping all the gifts. Most of them had similar shapes and sizes, and the wrap was the same colour. There were like 25 — 30 boxes, and he was too lazy to rewrap those boxes. So he just shook each box, determined which item it was by hearing the sound. Only 2 were delivered to correct receivers (I was not one of them, mind you). One went to a guy, which he loved and decided to keep. One went to a girl Johnny had a crush on, who he never talked to ever since. The last one went to his mom.
As a review, I give this store 4 stars because it has a wide selection of interesting sex toys. They are all reasonably priced.

Which kid can walk by a candy store without doing a double take, run up to their parents, kiss them on the cheeks and drag them into the candy store and go to town.
Well, walking down the bustling Queen Street, I simply had to satisfy my curiosity when I saw the Condom Shack from the other side of the street. I was thinking, maybe it will be like the Sex Museum in Amsterdam where I «happened» to walk in to ask for directions.^wink, wink^ So, when I was walking back to my hotel, I took Queen Street and walked on the same side as the Condom Shack; as I got closer to the store I started singing the song «Love Shack» in my head.
(Oh, I was reminiscing about the group dinner at a restaurant in Bangkok called «Cabbages and Condoms» where a group of me and my fellow American exchange students had our farewell dinner.
We all thought it was a sex club but it’s actually a very legitimate nice restaurant.)
I go inside and found various items (condoms and other «fun» products”) on display on the walls and racks (he, he, pun intended). Hell, what the heck. The ladies who were working in the store probably have seen tourists act strangely inside the shop and amuse themselves watching the tourists trying to act cool and be nonchalant but furtively looking and checking out the products.
It makes sense that there would be flavored condoms — interesting to see some wild and exotic fruit flavors. Interesting looking toys, too.^cough, cough^
A few minutes later, several American tourists walked in. (We Americans are loud and want to be seen and heard when we travel as tourists; actually, TO is almost like NYC. I think I ran into more Americans in TO than I usually do in Manhattan, NY.) Some of the new comers (ladies) entertained themselves and their BF’s on the dance pole. One lady was pretty good (I was tempted to join her BF and start handing out dollar bills, Canadian, of course, but all Canadian dollars are in coins. Besides, her BF was much bigger than me); the other lady must have had too much to drink as she kept falling down on her butt and laughing hysterically.

I like this place a lot!
Every time that I have been there, over the years (including when I was in high school and tried to make myself invisible) the staff have always been awesome– friendly and helpful and making a potentially awkward visit not awkward at all.
It’s also open late, which is fun if you find yourself on Queen Street (lots of birthday gifts purchased on the way to somewhere!).

I wandered into this place when I was walking down Queen St with some friends… actually we had noticed it quite a few times and it took us some time to work up the guts (hey! we were in high school!)…
They have bulkbarn-​esque plastic bins with condoms of pretty much all normal flavours hanging out next to loads of, ahem, other merchandise. Whether you’re looking for something to be used seriously or as a gag gift, you’ll find it here.
I’m actually planning on buying something here for a friend’s birthday… hope I don’t get stopped at customs as I fly back! oops!

I will review this place by telling a story:
I was there today, having not visited since… well, that’s not important. What’s important is that while I was there today, there were Japanese tourists and one of them bought a giant vibrating ass. The biggest sex toy I’ve ever seen. And he made sure to get it double bagged (smart man).
The point of the story is this (!), it is fantastic that a Japanese tourist can get the full, uh, experience that Toronto has to offer at a place like the Condom Shack.

Condom Shack is a great fun friendly place to go and get your safe sex needs taken care of. This is the place I always send my guy friends to get condoms or lube or just generally get educated about this stuff before it’s too late. The people that work there are young and informed and gentle with newbies (who they can smell a mile away). I can even call over and say I sent someone and explain that he’s shy, and the girls will always be like, «tell him to ask for me, I’ll take care of him no worries». And it’s not all sex stuff. They have funny party games, and magnets and trinkets with funny sayings on them too. It’s got to be the most relaxed place to get your safe sex needs sorted. Absolutely painless.

Don’t be fooled by the name, this store has much more than prophylactics — including an adorable condom mascot!
Located smack dab in the middle of Queen West, the Condom Shack is a hot spot for curious/​horny tourists and Torontonians of all ages. It offers condoms, as well as sex toys, clothing, games, gag gifts, lube, etc.
ou might think this place is just another store with hilarious merchandise to come in and giggle at, but the Condom Shack definitely offers a solid range of sexual lifestyle products for every taste and is a great place to shop if you want to make some serious purchases of a sexual nature.
Also, don’t forget some flavoured condoms! Yum!

Situated nicely in the Queen Street West area, this little store is packed with a bunch of neat little gadgets and contraptions I didn’t even know existed. From educational books (which all looked like they been flipped a few too many times), to dildos to body paint and flavored condoms, there’s something in here for everyone. Whatever your fetish maybe.
When i went in (forced I should point out), many of my fellow patrons looked too young, I almost wanted to buy them a supply of strawberry flavored condoms! Be safe kids, it’s the way to go… but alas, I dropped my head and walked quickly through the store. As I left, someone yelled vagina, and I laughed.

I think the first time I went to this place, I was 15. Pretty awesome at the time, but then as you get older you realize that these places are everywhere. Anyway, it used to be really close to my old friend’s dad’s store so we’d go there every once in a while. So if you’re in town and looking for some sexually charged gags, then this is the place to go.
