I defend clients in numerous types of cases, including assaults, domestic assault, fraud, theft, drug offences and drinking and driving (Impaired Driving or Over 80).

I am also an experienced family law lawyer who assists clients with all aspects of separation and divorce, including separation agreements, property division, child custody and access, child support, spousal support and restraining orders. I also draft marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements. I also represent clients in family law appeals and in cases involving issues of child abduction or unlawfully withholding a child. I also provide consultations for clients wishing to learn about their rights and legal options and for clients seeking independent legal advice. I make every effort to reach settlement or an early successful resolution of a client’s case.
