Nice office and clean and professional until u walk in and see his face. The worst doctor I have met in my life. The rudest and unfriendly doctor. I mean you walk in their cause u have concerns about your health and all he cares it’s to see you for 2 min and not clearly explain you about your conditions. I do not recommend him to my worse enemy.

Really Horrible experience with this doctor, the worst ever I should say. He does not care about patients at all, I went there for a pap test and ultrasound, he found an apses and said that he had to remove it, and next thing I know I was screaming in pain, no warning no nothing just horrible pain, he didn’t acknowledge my pain and kept going, then after He did the ultrasound, and did not explained anything, he just shoved things in my vagina and kept moving the apparatus up and down and side by side, I was telling him that it hurt and he keep saying he has to find my ovaries. He never apologized or explained what he was doing, I felt like a piece of meat. Really Horrible experience, Not a nice doctor at all. I felt so bad after I went there, I called my doctor to send me to a different gynecologist.

I came to Dr. Gerber to get a Mirena IUD(my second one). The first one I got 5 years ago was the most painful experience of my life and to say I was terrified of getting my new one was an understatement. The office is clean, bright, and welcoming. They did a much more thorough consent and explanation session than my old clinic including an ultrasound. Dr. Gerber knew I was scared and was friendly, funny and assuring. They did local freezing at my request and it was over in a minute with no more pain than a mild pinch. What a relief! You do need a referral and the lead-in for an appointment is on the longer side. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who had a painful IUD insertion before or anyone who is scared. Thank you!

Not a fan. I stopped seeing him years ago as he was freezing my cervix without my permission to scrape cells that he told me could be pre-cancerous after a routine pap. It seemed I had these cells every time I went to see him, despite the fact that all my follow up exams with my family doctor revealed that I was fine. One time, I had to ask him what he was doing down there after a very painful pinch and he told me he had to freeze me(which he had already done without telling me). Really– you want to take a chunk of my body out without patient consent? If I hadn’t asked what he was doing, would he have even told me he was doing a right then and there biopsy? I was furious and left the office in tears with a frozen cervix and have not been back to see him since. Something about the whole situation didn’t feel right to me. I now go to my family doctor for my paps and everything had been fine since then. I have no idea why this man continually put me through so much pain and worry. He may be highly regarded, but there’s something weird and wrong going on there.
