Didn’t like their attitude from the moment I said I had a groupon. They said they couldn’t find my name or my appointment even though I had printed out a conformation for my 5 o’clock appointment (for which I had left early) so I understand how they conveniently have no record of the previous reviewer. The manager said «Oh you booked online, Our website doesn’t tell us when people do that» like I should have known or something and also why is that my problem? Seems like a communications problem in your business. As a customer if a website tells me I can book online and I receive a conformation, I have confidence that I do indeed have an appointment. They kept saying it would just be a little while they were trying to squeeze me in intermittently seeing me to consult and then put on numbing cream. I was sitting around for hours before they injected me it was 730 before I was seen. They also talked me into spending more money. In my consult the woman who seemed nice changed her mind when I told her I had them done before through groupon, suddenly she said my lips looked very uneven and that the past two places who did it did not do a good job or use a good material that it was noticeable and I should really get their high standard injectable that supposedly lasts a year which of course was double the price. I really felt pressured so I spent an additional 300 $. The injector was a different woman and she didn’t do a great job. First I told her I wanted 90% in my upper lip more if necessary, that my bottom lip was full enough. she disagreed and urged me to put more in my bottom I relented. The pain was absolutely unbearable like I have never had before. I don’t know that this superior product they use had any numbing agent in it like the others I have used or she was just incredibly rough. I have never had bruising from lip injections, the bruising from this session lasted 3 weeks. There is also months later, still a small ball of filler in my lower lip which never disintegrated as they promised. Also my lips just aren’t how I wanted them I wanted to even out my lips (naturally full bottom lip zero upper lip) she just made both upper and lower slightly bigger. only good part is the receptionist was lovely and friendly

The worst place to get laser done!!! The technicians are extremely rude and the laser system they have does not work. I have gone to many laser places in my life and if I could give less than one star for this place I would. Save your money and go to another place

Bought a groupon for botox and filler. Waited for over two hours for my procedure. During the consultation I clearly explained to the woman that I did not want to purchase any more products and spend more money and just wanted to try out the cosmetic procedures I had purchased which was already $ 300.
Once I was finally seen by the «doctor» she was like, what else do you want done, what else? I assumed she meant by using the package I had purchased through groupon. Nope. Was slapped with an additional $ 500 for the extra filler I had «asked» for after the procedure was done. Which during the consult I clearly said I didn’t want to buy anymore of.
Left bitter and more broke than expected. But loved the plumpness in my face and no lines around my mouth.
Few days later, I noticed the fine lines around my eyes were uneven and the nasal fold lines had returned, even though I was told filler lasts about a year. So I had $ 800 worth of product in my face and nothing to show for it except one eye looked better than the other.
Not sure what kind of no name product they use. Just be weary of where you go and do your research before.

In response to the spa, my name is pretty unique so I shouldn’t be hard to find in your data base. I moved to NY at the end of ’12 as I was transferred for work. I lived in Toronto for 13 years and have proof of my visits as well as the voucher purchase. No one ever contacted me after I called to cancel my appt and explained the reasons why. I’m happy to provide the name of my derm as well who can confirm I was a patient. I have no incentive to lie, just was very disappointed that you didn’t treat my concern at all seriously. I hope this review will cause you to re-​evaluate your procedures.

Don’t be fooled with the all the low cost packages. you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend this place even tho I gotta admit that they offer the lowest prices but that’s what you get — unprofessional, always in a rush and technicians turnover rate is high up for some reason.
