I took my car here a few times for tire work. Beyond the higher fee for swapping tires, and the lack of advice that actually swapping your tires off your existing rims vs. just buying rims for your snow tires, I was charged for every incidental used by them. I also tried filling my tires with nitrogen which they promoted for $ 10 a tire. Of course when you tire needs filling again… The sales pitch sounds good, but it’s mostly air, so to speak. Save your money. When I had my all season tires put back on my car, they screwed the nuts on to the hub so tight that another mechanic I took the car to had to go to a professional truck repair shop for a tire gun strong enough to remove one of the tires. In another case, I had to take my car to 3 shops before they could remove another tire. You get nickel and dimed with all the small charges, above and beyond their already high fee for labour. I never felt there was an air of service in the place, just another grease monkey shop with no clue about customer service or servicing people in a way they might have been accustomed too in the white collar work place.
