They pick up and deliver, and prices are comparable if I had dropped off the items myself. Fantastic and friendly customer service, and down to it, they did a great job on all of clothing.
Second time around, however, no one came at our reserved time and didn’t get any phone call or messages. I called to say wtf and didn’t hear back until that evening and without any apology, they asked if we can reschedule for the Friday of that week (it was Tuesday).

I recently had a full size quilt and down comforter cleaned with DryCleanersToronto and am extremely happy with my experience.
I didn’t want to schlep the bulky items through my neighborhood, so I decided to give this pick-​up and delivery service a try after researching a few other options online. DryCleanersToronto had the best prices and seemed to require the least amount of effort on my end. Now that I have been through the process, I can say that these initial observations definitely held true.
The whole process was very easy. Using their mobile app, I was able to choose times that worked around my schedule. Jonathan arrived on time and even called about 10 minutes out to make sure I was available. Once my items were received at the shop, I was issued a bill via email that could be paid online with a credit card or PayPal. My items were delivered a few days later; both the quilt and comforter were nicely cleaned and cared for.
This is a great option for those who have busy schedules or just don’t want to carry around their big down comforter and quilt through the streets of Toronto! I will definitely seek out their services again in the future.
