There was an event where you could receive a free Pokemon Mew card. This location made their own rules about who could receive one. All other locations I called said that no purchase or proof had to be shown. I wouldn’t come here unless all other locations were out of stock.

If you’re a female, don’t expect to be treated like a human being at this location. In the event you do not enjoy quality discriminatory customer service where you’re completely ignored, do bring a male to accompany you. I went in with my partner to inquire if a certain item was in stock and experience one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. At the time there was only one employee on the floor behind cash, who I dread to imagine is actually a key holder, so I approached him with my question. Long [and extremely frustrating] story short: there was not a single moment where this asshat gave eye contact or even talked to ME. Instead, he solely directed himself towards my partner, seeking clarification and further explaining possible alternatives to him — I may as well been invisible. My partner did his best to redirect the clerks attention to me by stating, «it’s actually for her…». But nope, this jerk didn’t even bat an eye my way. I’m appalled and extremely disappointed that a sales clerk would carry them self in such a manner, particularly on behalf of a beloved video game retail establishment. Not cool, asshat cashier, not cool.
