Just recently went back to Eggsmart for breakfast due to the convenience and a random spontaneous outing. Arrived around 9AM, was more busy than expected as the last few times I’ve been here, there wasn’t that many customers. Greeted and seated quick. Was caught off guard by what we wanted to drink as we haven’t sat yet — but her mood was up-lifting and her attitude was enthusiastic. Made for the early breakfast deal again! So we got the same items(one with sausage, one with bacon). Out of the 3 times here, the waitress asked if we wanted home fries. Never gotten that question here before but since I didn’t like the homefries that much, I asked what options there were — which was french fries, and I got that to try instead. I know, french fries sound weird to have at 9AM, but I didnt like the home fries that much, so why not give it a go? Our food took longer than usual, we assumed it was because of the french fries… Because who eats that at like 9AM?! LOL But the french fries were soooo much better than the home fries! Though after ¾ of my meal, I felt really fat for eating french fries this early in my meals. I liked our server this time around way more than the other 2 servers in my experience here. Customer service goes a long way for me, and she’s the reason why I would come back! I was really happy it! I’m going to describe the waitress as a Latina because of her accent — FYI, I could be wrong. She’s about 5″ — 5“2, has black hair and slightly tanned skin. Love her! I hope you get her as your server when you go there. She double checked with us of our meal, was friendly and nice, was also talking to other customers while serving them, and was really apologetic I asked for a new set of utensils when the tissue wrapping the utensils was dirty. Also because of her attitude with her job! The past 2 doesn’t seem as enthusiastic or they look like they dread this job. She wasn’t wearing a name tag but off our receipt, it said that the server name was Meri. Not sure if that’s her name because there was only one till, and not sure if it was under her account, per se.(If you’ve worked in customer service places, you know what I mean). Also, as our first time paying by card. I assume that we have to go up to the counter to pay because we’ve seen a couple of people do that now. When we asked for the bill, she already had it in her pocket! Shows efficiency and takes a good note/keeps track of her customers. I also asked if we had to go up to pay using card, she happily said that she’ll bring the machine to me. Breakfast was alright, slightly better now with french fries but not sure if I’m willing to eat that every morning when I come here… PS: If she’s reading this, thank you for making my day! :)

I have a love/hate relationship with eggsmart. My number 1 issue is homefries thou if I can avoid them with regular fries I do. So today I took advantage of Wednesday special and had an omelette. The meat lover to be exact. And well it wasn’t bad but there wasn’t Much favour I got more flavour from packages of jams and peanut butter but it was meh I would give it 2⁄51 is for completely horrible and taste bad. This didn’t taste bad but lack taste Service was decent. I would give an extra .5 for service but I leave my rating at 2 based on the food. 2⁄5 for food 3.5/Service 4⁄5 environment But despite other factors are good, I would stick to 2 for the food

Service is ok. Problem is my toast had mold on it. They made me a new plate eggs bacon toast etc right away even though I said im ok. I didn’t touch the 2nd plate and still got charged full price. Long story short this location is not that good.

They have a good number of options to choose from and everything looks real good. Service was fast and friendly, place looks nice and food was ready quickly. But I don’t know if they did any better than I could have done myself, and $ 16 for a omelette and a coffee seems a bit much.
