Favour Delivery

These guys are the WORST delivery service. Absolutely no accountability when they screw up orders. If your food is ice cold, even though the driver took over an hour to pick it up after it was ready, they tell you to take it up with the restaurant. Completely useless customer service.

Had a great experience with Favour for customized delivery! I was throwing an axe throwing party, and decided it would be cool to order catering platters from Bahn mi Boys. The prob? Bahn mi boys doesn’t deliver, and other services only deliver the limited menu items they advertise. What I needed was someone to pick up my prepaid catering order, at the exact moment it was complete, and deliver to the axe throwing venue as soon as possible, while the massive platters of kimchi fries were still crispy. Favour to the rescue! They will pick up and deliver just about anything, and you can give them these sorts of critical instructions. The app is a little tricky to figure out, as I wasn’t ordering a menu item, I was asking them to pick up a special order and deliver not to my house but to the party location. Their help desk was super quick on the response time, and gave me clear and easy directions on how to include all the info needed, from the exact time I expected them to pickup my catering to where to park and how to locate me at the axe throwing place. The driver was right on time, sent me a txt as soon as he had my goods, got the platters to us fast, and was all around great. I’ve also used Favour for standard food delivery to my home, super fast and easy. I highly recommend Favour, for the customized service, real people at help, and strong communication throughout the process. 5 stars!
