Horrible, just horrible, stressful and upsetting customer service experience!!! Here is my email which is in response to the email I received from I guess the manager (Daniel) who contacted me to know if we are interested in having them service our lawn this year:
Unfortunately we are no longer interested in your services. Don’t get me wrong though, your workers were very professional and well mannered but the horrible customer service experience we had with Guideon left a bad taste in our mouth. He made many promises that he either never delivered on or put huge delay in service last Spring/​Summer. He was very uncommunicative during the whole 5 – 6 months and it was very difficult to get a hold of for any inquiries what so ever. I remember one time I asked him why he never responds to my calls or emails and he literally said how lazy he was. Not to mention that he also made couple of threats at the end of the services and really upset me and my family which were totally unnecessary and unacceptable and only shows how poor his customer service/​responsibility skills were. He also gave us very bad unprofessional attitude during the whole time especially when we weren’t happy about a thing or two which could have been easily resolved if he was more caring and calm. During the whole season I kept asking him when he would like to come by and collect the payments and he would never respond properly or communicate at all which’s again quite unprofessional. Just a word of advice, Guideon should really work on his customer service skills and take ownership and be responsible when providing customer service to anyone if your company would like to survive in such competitive market. I would rather pay more and receive a satisfactory/​excellent service rather than being threatened and bad mouthed! Also, word of mouth flies really fast so it’s best to keep things civilized.
I have to stress that I have no complaints regarding the service I received from your workers. They were very skilled and professional. But the package was incomplete.
I don’t recommend them to anyone! very unreliable!
