Business Owner

Hi, I’m Phil.

When I’m not tutoring, I’m the principal consultant and owner of Darling Consultants, a small statistical consulting firm in downtown Toronto. Previously, I was the Director of Research Analytics for North America at Ipsos ASI, the third-​largest marketing research company in the world. Before that, I was head Statistician at the College of Nurses of Ontario, Canada’s largest health regulatory body. My academic training includes an MSc in Statistics from the University of Toronto, a BSc in Statistics from Queen’s University, and a BA in Psychology also from Queen’s University.
