History

Established in 1988.

Fresh and Clean operates within the Greater Toronto Area since 1988. Fresh and Clean offers both dry (low moisture) cleaning and steam cleaning of carpet, upholstery, and area rugs throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and clean over 5,000 residences and commercial establishments per year. Fresh and Clean is a proud member firm of: the Flooring Institute of Ontario and are certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC), Wool Safe North America and the Wools of New Zealand, and The Carpet and Rug Institute. To keep our standing as an IICRC-​certified firm, all our technicians must be formally educated in the cleaning and restoration fields, and are held up to a higher standard of professionalism and quality. We provide on going training of our employees to keep them abreast of the latest techniques and products available in the market place.

Lee S.

Business Owner

Lee has been in the cleaning and restoration business since 1979. Lee owns a green cleaning service called Fresh and Clean, a disaster restoration company called Dryit. ca, and a dustless hardwood refinishing company called Shine. His companies are certified green and always use the safest techniques and products possible.

Lee is a well-​known advocate of improving health and safety in our industry and is currently working with the IICRC Certification Council in trying to find a common ground in health and safety for our industry worldwide. He is an IICRC Approved Instructor for WRT, HST, CCT, CCMT, and UFT. Lee hopes to leave a legacy that paves the road to safer and cost friendly remediation and cleaning for health, rather than using harmful chemicals.
