Been with Fresh Fades since it opened and use Troy.
The Shop is new and clean. Young guys offering modern cuts. I’ve used Troy since I started going there. I’m pretty peticular on my haircuts and he is more peticular on getting everything just right (no missed hairs, lining up jaw lines etc.). I used to go to crows nest until i found this jewel in central Scarborough
