freshii

I love having healthy options on campus! Regardless of your dietary restrictions freshii will have something for you. I decided to take on a 30 day vegan challenge (@britanysbites ig) and freshii has become one of my go to spots on campus. On a regular day I usually order the Baja salad with substitutions or the chilli. For my challenge I opted for the vegetarian chilli on top of brown rice topped with avacado, broccoli and Pico de gallo. It tasted good and it was filling. I don’t usually have problems with the quality of food here. Its the service. They are nice but they are slow and they don’t listen. It doesn’t matter if you write your order down they always forget something. You literally have to watch them make your salad and remind them every other step. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult when the recipe is posted above the ingredients. Maybe it’s because I add extra stuff? Regardless I will continue to eat here and if you are looking for a healthy alternative I would check it out. I’m not a huge fan of the protein here so I usually never add it to my meals.
