Business Owner

Helena Ricci has been recruiting since 1997. Staring off in the business when we didn’t have internet access and no job boards, she is still using telephones and meeting people face to face! Her level of dedication and enthusiasm to this industry is surpassed by none — she truly loves being a recruiter.

Prior to recruiting Helena owned and operated a computer training school located in the heart of Toronto. This successful private school ran programs that would transition staff from administration to full use of computers, she had a job ready and job placement rate of 80%. Training courses sold included at Corporate levels as well as all Government levels.

Helena stands out above all, hard working and successful, it’s not a surprise that Futuretek has done so well, and has a stellar reputation in recruiting.
