They sell over priced garbage. Waterworks are the worst quality fixtures you will find. We bought them for 3 bathrooms and they are horrible. the quality when it works is ok however we have one shower set that never worked and we have had a plumber come back numerous times to fix it on our nickel and still doesn’t work. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid them at all costs and just use a more normal and better quality solution like Moen.

Extensive selection, great product breadth and depth. Good service.
Reality is however, this is really pricey stuff — and not the ‘oh i’m paying for quality price’, but rather the you ‘really have a lot of spare money’ price. Sale items can be attractive and reasonable.

When we initially shopped at gingers for our powder room, the sales person we dealt with was helpful. Since then, we have encountered a problem with one of the products we purchased and no one at Ginger’s has responded well.
We are in need of a part and, therefore, were attempting to deal with Peter in that department. Not only have a never had a call returned by him, but the manager and reception were equally frustrating to deal with.
If you are able to shop and deal with other vendors… do so!
It is not worth the hassle to deal with Ginger’s.
