GoWest Realty Ltd., is one of the oldest independent Brokerages in the GTA. Established in October 1975 by L. Joe Gawrys, thanks to the universal attitude towards business and the extreme determination of its owner, the brokerage soon achieved a noticeable position in the real estate market. His business philosophy, based on putting the customer’s needs and wants first, building trustful and respectful relationships, allowed the company to succeed in continual development, regardless of constantly changing environments.

All my years of experience as an Agent and later a full time selling Broker, allowed me to achieve a master level in real estate.
