As successful realtors with a large group of investment clients, founders Mirza and Shah have negotiated great discounts for clients in the past and are ready to bring it to a wider audience. Groperty’s launch focuses on condominiums in the Greater Toronto Area as well as Chicago — Florida is said to be next on the group buying list.
