There is one main reason I love this place: the customer service actually EXISTS. After being virtually ignored at H&M and(R.I.P.) Le Château, I went into Guess, and a woman asked me what I was looking for. She went around with me and showed me possibliites for what I was looking for, made suggestions, listened to what I was saying. When I was in the change room, someone else went and got me different sizes when I needed. It was refreshing to be treated like a PAYING customer. And so I did just that — I bought a bunch of things. I don’t even mind when they try up selling and offer you shoes or jewelry; even then, their suggestions are usually pretty good and sometimes I end up buying the extras. And the icing on the cake was the amazing bag they gave me with my purchases — a re-usable bag with a zipper that was huge and I’ve used it a bunch since!

I personally REALLY like this Guess location, not only because of their clothes and their clearance section which you can actually find a decent shirt or two in but most importantly is that they have a DJ at night at spins LIVE house(usually) music while you shop! The music is fantastic and it‘s pretty cool how the DJ booth is open for all to see and perched between the first and second floor. Other than that, a Guess store is a Guess store haha

Without a doubt, my favorite Guess store anywhere. I can usually find a really good bargain. Like the time I got a real fancy dress shirt for nine bucks US! Huh? They do slash prices like that but you got to know where to look, of course. Staff can be a bit pushy so be careful. It’s worth it though to find the bargains.
