Founded in 1993, HDL Capital Corporation is a middle market investment bank, focused on completing financial transactions for companies with enterprise values in the $ 5 – 50 million range.

Manager

Tyler Lang, Vice President

Prior to joining HDL, Tyler had extensive experience in the strategic planning, financing, launch and operational management of numerous ventures across a range of areas including Marketing Communications, Internet, New Media, and Software & Technology. He has played a key role in the financing and corporate development of the majority of HDL portfolio companies from their inception, recently serving as President of one of these companies. Prior to working in the investment banking sector, Tyler worked in the financial sector in retail banking and for the Federal government. Tyler holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and an Honors Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University.
