History
Established in 2000.
Head2Head was founded in 2000 with the simple premise of helping businesses recruit better. It was in our first office above a Chinese takeout shop that we found our niche and truly began to rethink recruitment. We became the first company in Canada to specialize in providing in-house, permanent and contract recruiters. Simply put, we recruit recruiters. With a close-knit network of HR and recruitment professionals, we set out to provide businesses with an alternative, flexible, people-centric way to find top talent.
Since those humble beginnings, our network has grown to include over 4,000 recruiters and HR professionals across the country. Our services have expanded to include an entire spectrum of scalable, customizable solutions for every recruitment context.
