Called them while waiting at another clinic because the line there was out the door. Left them because they said it was a approximately 15 minute wait. Came there and they told me it will be 45 mins to a hour.
I ended up waiting an hour and a half only to be seen by a young doctor who disregarded what I had to say and told me if I had anyhing it’s strep and told me to take tylenol.

I’ve always had great service and the follow up process is amazing. Such a friendly group of people and very professional.

This place is simply put, amazing! I started going here two years ago as it is fairly close to my work. It is a one stop shop medical center (Doctor’s, pharmacy, optometrist and massage, physio etc.) The wait time I find is very good in comparison to my old doctor’s office. Clean place and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend going in for a visit.

Well… I’m not dead so, yea.

I got a family dr here because of the location, which is just down the street but honestly, starting to think that it’s not worth it.
First, and most importantly, the front desk staff is horrible. Not exaggerating or being extreme. They are not only rude — which for some reason seems to have become the norm for medical receptionists — but they are disorganized and lazy.
For the MEDICAL office:
I needed a referral to an OB when I found out I was pregnant — they had me making all of my own appointments, getting my own requisitions for tests and ultrasounds. Once I finally got my referral confirmed (by calling the OB’s office myself repeatedly) the OB’s office staff asked why I was asking for the requisitions, since they had sent the entire package with all the information and appointments to my family dr’s office. Most recent example: I had some prenatal tests done which got sent to my dr at this office — they left me a message to make an appointment to review the results however, when I called back the next morning, they had no idea what I was talking about and argued with me that I had already seen my most recent results «I can see here you’ve already reviewed your ultrasound once — you don’t need to see the dr again for the same thing.» I then had to explain which test I had gotten, where it was done, when it was ordered and finally had to call the lab to have them resend the results, then the same person called me back to lecture me for telling the lab that they had misplaced the original results «…because that’s not something you need to tell them. They got very upset with us because you said that.» These are just the two most recent examples but this is the normal routine for every. single. visit.
For the PHYSIO office:
Initially I liked that it was a one-​stop medical centre, so I made an appointment for both massage therapy and physio. The first visit was at 6:00 pm, and I was the only person in the waiting area. The two people at reception were chatting, one person came out several times to look around and then went back to the back area — turns out that was my physio therapist who was waiting for me but it never occurred to the reception folks to let the therapist know I was there for my appointment or for the therapist to ask. At 6:30 the reception people left for the day at which point I asked when I was going to get to meet with the therapist — «Oh, she’s waiting for you.» Yep.
The larger problem with the physio therapy clinic there is the high turn over rate in staff — I’ve had three different massage therapist and after the second physio therapist left, I decided to go elsewhere — having to start over again and again with a new therapist does not help with recovery.
Second, the place is dirty. The pharmacy has products lined up on shelves which have a grey layer of dust, as do the products themselves; the floor around the edges of the counters, corners, under chairs… basically any place that is not high traffic, has a layer of dust and dust bunnies.
I will be finding a dr somewhere else — location is not everything

Everything medical in 1 visit. They now accept appointment bookings online. I never wait more than 5 min for an appointment. The best!

After seeing my previous review and complaints, the business manager personally helped me resolve the issues I had with the orthotics and insurance company claims. His responses were prompt and he cares to make improvements. So I’m updating my previous review and hope that services improve at HealthOne.

I came here a few months ago for a shoulder injury and I have to say this place looks great. Everything looked modern, and the clinic wasn’t busy.
The receptionist was friendly and there wasn’t a ton of paper work like the other reviews say. I got Tatiana as my massage therapist and I absolutely loved her. She helped heal my shoulder in 3 treatments. Which is much less then I expected.
After I also got my teeth cleaned by Marisa (I think) she was the first who didn’t make my gums bleed.
Overall I’m really satisfied with my visit and I’m looking forward to my doctors appointment here :)

I’ve been here twice and haven’t had any issues… but let’s see how the future goes. It’s pretty clean and I only waited about 10 min to see my doctor. Thta’s pretty impressive considering at my last place, even with an appt (trying to always get one first thing in the mornings) it would still take 45 min to see my doctor. So a 10 min wait was refreshing!
This place is a one stop shop — there is a pharmacy, dentist, chiropractor, etc in this building. It’s conveniently located on yonge/​finch area with free parking in the back.
I\ll update my review after visiting a few more times to see if service goes downhill. I find usually as a new patient they are really nice to you. but let’s see if they can stand the test of time

I recently moved and wanted to find a new family doctor in the neighborhood, as well as get a second opinion. I’ve been having chronic stomach pains for a couple of years and my old family doctor could not give me a diagnosis as to what was causing it. I had countless tests done to no avail. That’s when I decided to try HealthOne.
I went in to speak with Dr. Shokri who started working at this office the same day I went for my first appointment. She wanted to see what lab tests I had done so she suggested that I transfer my records to her office. I had filled out a form to get my records and test results transferred from another lab to HealthOne and left it with the receptionist. I called in a couple months after to follow up and see if they received my records. The receptionist told me there was nothing in my file except record of my first visit. Dr. Shokri was also no longer working there either. It’s no wonder the doctor left this office so quickly. They then told me to call the lab and tell them to transfer my records again. What’s the point of me filling out a form then? It was supposed to be their job to fax my permission form and obtain the records. I just wasted time and they lost my form that had my personal info on it.
I had also tried to go to the pharmacy at HealthOne in midday and it was closed. None of the receptionists could tell me the hours and just said the pharmacist basically comes and goes as she pleases.
Do not make the same mistake I did by going to this joke of a medical centre!
