Heart Harmonies Home Care (HHHC) is a company that was founded by a loving couple that became frustrated when searching for adequate senior care of their own. They soon organized a team of recognized medical professionals in Toronto and built their business. HHHC ensures that your love one is paired with the best support possible, making our family a part of yours.

Manager

Jennifer, Who has a background as a Registered Practical Nurse, helps contribute to our clients well being as Heart Harmonies Home Care manager or «Point of Contact». Her intense commitment to maintaining patient autonomy and dignity, increase patient satisfaction while reducing any risk of any treatment complications. What inspired Jennifer to pursue helping other people in need was her family, who also had roles in the medical field in the GTA.
